The Operations Superintendent/Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our client’s projects, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities Plan, direct, and coordinate day-to-day operations of the project Implement operational strategies to drive performance and achieve objectives Manage and lead the operations team, fostering a positive and productive work environment Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards Monitor operational performance and prepare reports for senior management Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to support project goals Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings Coordinate resources and respond to operational issues as they arise Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the sewage treatment plant operations Strong leadership and team management skills Thorough knowledge of operational policies, procedures, and best practices Proven ability to manage budgets and financial reporting Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite Benefits Salary is not a constraint ,company is looking for right candidate .
