General job objective: Provide overall leadership for the project and ensure efficient and high-quality execution of all its phases within the agreed scope of work, through direct coordination with the client and full supervision of the technical, engineering, and consulting team. Key responsibilities and duties: A. Leadership and administrative duties: ·        Develop and implement a detailed project work plan and a strict timeline ·        Conduct daily coordination with client representatives and facilitate communication between the team and relevant stakeholders ·        Ensure team adherence to all project deliverables ·        Allocate resources and ensure efficient distribution of tasks and responsibilities B. Operational duties: ·        Monitor progress in reviewing funding requests and preparing periodic reports and technical and financial evaluations ·        Review and approve all technical documents and reports prior to submission ·        Supervise the preparation of executive dashboards and weekly, monthly, and final performance reports ·        Ensure readiness of presentations and official meetings C. Quality assurance and compliance: ·        Review team performance and ensure output quality according to specification requirements ·        Implement risk management and quality assurance plans ·        Provide immediate solutions for any performance deviations or schedule delays ·        Promptly report any obstacles, incidents, or issues to the government authority Requirements Educational qualifications: ·        Bachelor’s degree at minimum in Business Administration, Project Management, Economics, or a related field ·        Professional certifications such as PMP or Prince2 are preferred Required experience: ·        Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing consulting projects, business development, or funding programs ·        Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing relationships with government entities ·        Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in media, culture, or development finance sectors Required skills: ·        High-level leadership, motivation, planning, and organizational skills ·        Exceptional time management and prioritization abilities ·        Strong analytical skills and high-professionalism in report preparation ·        Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent ·        Full command of Arabic and English languages (spoken and written)
