Qiddiya Investment Company is leading the charge in reshaping the landscape of entertainment and cultural experiences in Saudi Arabia. We are in search of a dedicated and innovative Senior Director – Landscape to oversee our expansive landscape architecture initiatives. In this crucial role, you will drive the vision and strategic direction for landscape development at Qiddiya, ensuring that our outdoor environments are not only captivating but also sustainable and reflective of our values. As the Senior Director – Landscape, you will lead a talented team in the creation of cohesive and vibrant public spaces that enhance the overall visitor experience. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, architects, and various stakeholders to integrate the landscape vision with Qiddiya’s broader development objectives. Key Responsibilities: Create and implement a comprehensive landscape strategy that aligns with Qiddiya's mission and enhances its identity as a premier destination. Lead design and development efforts for innovative landscape projects across Qiddiya, ensuring they represent cutting-edge design and sustainability practices. Manage and mentor a diverse team of landscape architects and designers, promoting a culture of creativity, collaboration, and professional growth. Work in close partnership with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and budgets. Oversee the procurement of external landscape consultants and contractors to execute high-caliber projects. Ensure adherence to local regulations, environmental practices, and urban planning standards throughout all phases of project development. Conduct ongoing assessments of landscape projects to track progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes. Engage with community stakeholders and governmental agencies to facilitate support and approval for landscape initiatives. Stay abreast of industry advancements and innovations in landscape architecture to implement best practices within Qiddiya's projects. Present design concepts, project updates, and strategic initiatives to senior management and stakeholders clearly and effectively. Requirements Master's degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, or a related discipline; Professional accreditation (e.g., ASLA) is highly favored. A minimum of 12-14 years relevant experience in landscape architecture, with significant leadership experience in large-scale projects. Robust portfolio showcasing successful landscape design projects that demonstrate innovation and creativity. Strong command of landscape design principles, sustainable development practices, and environmental compliance. Exceptional leadership ability, with experience in managing and inspiring multidisciplinary teams. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, adept at fostering relationships with diverse stakeholders. Proficient in the latest landscape design software, project management tools, and presentation techniques. Effective budget management capabilities with a commitment to delivering projects on time and within financial limits. A deep commitment to community engagement and enhancing the visitor experience through thoughtful landscape design. Qiddiya Investment Company is on the hunt for a dynamic and visionary leader for the position of Director - Motorsport Business Development & Partnerships. This role is integral to our mission of establishing Qiddiya as a premier global hub for motorsport and automotive entertainment in Saudi Arabia. As the Director of Motorsport Business Development & Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to create and enhance motorsport-related opportunities, partnerships, and experiences. You will collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders including teams, sponsors, and governmental bodies to build a rich motorsport ecosystem within Qiddiya. Key Responsibilities: Delivery of the Motorsports partnership & IP strategy to include partnership development, business & product development and events, working Closely with the Commercial Division regarding sales, marketing, sponsorship generation and activation. Secure IP partner for Motorsport Park key assets through to continuous activation of agreed contractual components Manage IP consultant(s) with regards to target deliverables and scope Select and engage with other required and relevant partners through to contract negotiations and activation.
