We are looking for a highly qualified Drilling Foreman to join our operations in Saudi Arabia. The Drilling Foreman will be responsible for overseeing and managing drilling operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards. Experience Level: Minimum 5 years Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering or Management Certificates: Well Completion Engineering, Well Control, HSE Responsibilities Supervise all gas well completion and intervention operations. Ensure safety compliance (JSA, H2S protocols, PPE use). Manage service contractors and rig crews. Oversee equipment, logistics, and materials. Monitor real-time well performance; optimize completion efficiency. Maintain detailed reports and post-job evaluations. Requirements Strong knowledge of well control and HSE best practices. Experience with coiled tubing, wireline, frac pumps, and sand control. Excellent coordination, troubleshooting, and reporting abilities.
