BlackStone eIT, a leading computer software company, is seeking a highly efficient and organized individual to join our team as an Office Manager. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day activities. Responsibilities - Managing office supplies and inventory - Coordinating office maintenance and repairs - Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence - Procuring and maintaining equipment and supplies, including repairs or replacements - Providing information to employees, hiring, and firing, and facilitating communication between departments. - Managing budgets and expenses - Implementing office policies and procedures - Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations Requirements - Bachelor's Degree. - 0-1 year of experience. - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Good up to very good in English.
