Develop and deliver health and safety training programs to raise awareness and promote a culture of safety. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, changes in regulations, and best practices, and implement enhancements to our health and safety program. Maintain effective relationships with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on health and safety performance. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 15 years of experience in health and safety management, preferably in the construction or engineering industry. Strong knowledge of local and international health and safety regulations and standards. Proven track record in developing and implementing health and safety strategies and programs. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Professional certifications such as NEBOSH or OSHA are strongly preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic is required.
