Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Governance, Project Management, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 6–9 years of experience in project coordination, management consulting, or a similar support role Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or equivalent) is preferred. Core Competencies: Strong organizational and time management skills. Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a talented and experienced Road Safety Strategy and Planning Manager to enhance the safety and operational efficiency of our transportation networks. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive road safety strategies that align with Qiddiya's commitment to creating a safe and sustainable environment for all visitors and residents. Your expertise will play a critical role in analyzing current road conditions, identifying hazards, and proposing effective safety measures to minimize risks and promote safe driving practices. You will work across multiple departments and engage with stakeholders to ensure that road safety is integrated into all aspects of project planning and execution. Key Responsibilities Support Roads projects assigned by development Support Parking projects assigned by development, (e.g., park & ride, temporary parking, parking structure) Manage all internal and external governance (including any authority or government agency) interactions including (but not limited to) those required for approvals, stakeholder interaction etc. Manage all activities required to undertake your responsibilities, including (but not limited to) consultant procurement, management and contract management, committee presentations, gateway approvals etc. Manage preparations for opening and operational readiness scenarios specific to transport modes Manage the preparation of impact assessments as a result of changes or other factors, including the impacts on cost, time and quality. Manage the support of all other job families as necessary. Support the management of the adoption process for roads (including parking, bridges etc,) systems to either National Champions, the Private Sector or Master Developer Operations.
