In this role, you will be instrumental in establishing effective governance frameworks and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards. As part of a groundbreaking project, you will have the opportunity to shape policies that contribute to the organization’s mission of creating a unique and transformative experience for visitors. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive governance frameworks and policies. Ensure adherence to legal and fiscal regulations as well as internal governance standards. Oversee governance training and promote awareness across the organization. Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of governance processes. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify areas for improvement and innovation in governance practices. Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders and present findings on governance performance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Law, or a related field. At least 7 years of experience in governance, risk management, or compliance. Proven track record of developing governance frameworks and conducting compliance audits. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. Ability to analyze complex data and produce actionable recommendations. Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams effectively.
