Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a talented and motivated Development Manager - Hotels to join our team. As the Development Manager specializing in hotels, you will be responsible for managing the entire development process from conception to completion, ensuring we create exceptional hospitality experiences that resonate with our guests. Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of hotel projects, ensuring alignment with the overall vision of Qiddiya Investment Company Conduct market assessments, feasibility studies, and competitive analyses to inform project strategies Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel operators, designers, contractors, and local authorities Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring effective execution and compliance with industry standards Supervise the selection and management of external consultants and contractors throughout the development process Mitigate project risks by identifying potential challenges and implementing proactive solutions Monitor project progress and performance and provide regular updates to senior management Foster a culture of collaboration and mentorship within the development team, supporting the growth of junior staff Requirements Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Real Estate Development, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus) A minimum of 6-9 years of relevant experience in hotel development or project management within the hospitality sector Strong knowledge of the hotel industry, including market trends, design considerations, and operational requirements Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with an emphasis on stakeholder engagement Benefits Offering a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
