Responsibilities Manage and oversee the company’s legal affairs, ensuring compliance with local and international laws. Provide legal advice and support to management and employees on a range of legal issues. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decisions and mitigate risks. Manage legal disputes and represent the company in negotiations and mediations. Stay abreast of regulatory changes, industry standards, and legal developments to ensure compliance. Supervise and coordinate with external legal counsel as needed. Requirements A minimum of 7 years of legal experience, preferably in a corporate legal environment. Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound legal advice. Proven track record of managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
