We are on the lookout for a Legal Advisor to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive legal guidance across various aspects of our operations, ensuring that we navigate the complex legal framework within the real estate industry effectively. Your expertise will help mitigate risks and empower the company to make informed strategic decisions that align with our goals. Responsibilities Advise on legal matters pertinent to real estate transactions, property management, and corporate governance. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to safeguard the company's interests. Identify and analyze legal risks, providing solutions to ensure compliance with Saudi laws and regulations. Represent Awtad in legal negotiations and proceedings, working towards favorable outcomes. Keep abreast of changes in legislation and trends impacting the real estate market and advise accordingly. Provide training and guidance to staff regarding legal procedures and compliance issues. Collaborate with other departments to strengthen the company’s legal positions and corporate policies. Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution. Licensed to practice law in Saudi Arabia. At least 3 years of experience as a legal advisor, preferably within the real estate sector. In-depth knowledge of Saudi property laws, real estate regulations, and corporate law. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex legal concepts. Proficient in drafting and reviewing legal documents with high attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a dedicated and meticulous Senior Specialist for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). In this critical role, you will help ensure that the organization adheres to established regulations, policies, and best practices, while effectively managing risks and enhancing governance frameworks. Responsibilities 1. Assist in the implementation of the Risk Management department strategy to support the achievement of QIC’s strategic objectives. 2. Develop Risk Management department policies, processes, procedures and controls. 3. Develop Risk Management department budget in alignment with the organization budgetary requirements to allow effective delivery of desired objectives in collaboration with the Finance division. 4. Assist in the integration of risk into key decision making and internal processes e.g. committees, investments, projects, strategy, business planning and performance management. 5.
