Join our dynamic IT team in Riyadh, working closely with the IT Manager and Cyber Security Manager to support world-class gaming infrastructure and strengthen cybersecurity efforts. This role is critical to maintaining the stability, security, and efficiency of development workstations, game servers, cloud environments, and cutting-edge gaming hardware. Requirements ·         Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless game development, live services, and player experiences — including endpoint management through MDM solutions, proactive monitoring with RMM tools, and responsive troubleshooting support. ·         Implement and manage devices using MDM and RMM tools such as Microsoft Intune and JAMF to ensure streamlined deployment, patching, compliance, and visibility. ·         Provide hands-on technical support to developers, artists, and designers to minimize downtime in game production. ·         Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across systems, networks, and devices with a strong focus on critical thinking and root cause analysis. ·         Diagnose and optimize network performance issues including latency, VLAN configuration, and SaaS tool access — especially critical for multiplayer gaming, cloud streaming, and real-time collaboration. ·         Deploy and maintain high-performance gaming workstations, VR/AR setups, and motion capture hardware. ·         Manage development kits (DevKits) for consoles and emerging platforms. ·         Assist in the deployment and management of cybersecurity tools across endpoints and infrastructure, supporting cyber hygiene and protection initiatives. ·         Work under the Cyber Security Manager to enforce security protocols for development pipelines, backend systems, and multiplayer game servers. ·         Assist in securing multiplayer environments, preventing exploits, and mitigating DDoS threats. ·         Implement and maintain firewalls, secure access controls, endpoint security solutions, and data protection policies. ·         Support compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and other security best practices. ·         Participate in security audits, vulnerability assessments, and incident response processes. ·         Plan and execute IT upgrades, infrastructure expansions, and cloud migrations. ·         Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge gaming hardware, AI-powered tools, and high-performance computing platforms. ·         Ensure secure, reliable access for remote and hybrid developers through modern authentication and VPN solutions. ·         Work with third-party vendors and hardware partners to keep our tech stack competitive and future-ready. Qualifications & Skills: ·         Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. ·         5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or network security (experience in the gaming or tech industry is a strong plus). ·         Proficiency with Windows, Linux, and MacOS environments, and an understanding of game development workflows and needs. ·         Strong knowledge on Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 ·         Demonstrated experience with MDM (e.g., InTune, JAMF) and RMM platforms for endpoint deployment and management. ·         Strong networking knowledge, including VLANs, firewalls, low-latency optimization, and cloud/SaaS infrastructure. ·         Familiarity with DevKits, high-end GPUs, VR/AR setups, and motion capture equipment. ·         Experience supporting cybersecurity initiatives and deploying endpoint protection or anti-cheat tools. ·         Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or ITIL are a plus. ·         Passion for gaming, esports, and emerging technologies in interactive entertainment.
