SWATX is seeking a talented Technology & Solution Architecture Specialist to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing architectural standards and practices that align with our business goals. You will collaborate with various teams to design solutions that encompass a range of technologies while ensuring scalability, security, and high performance. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop technology and solution architecture for enterprise applications, integrating various platforms and services. Conduct architecture assessments and recommendations to optimize existing solutions and drive modernization efforts. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess current systems, and propose effective solutions that meet business objectives. Ensure architectural compliance with industry standards and maintain best practices throughout the development lifecycle. Lead technical discussions and provide expertise in cloud computing, data management, and other emerging technologies. Mentor and guide teams in implementing architectural solutions, providing technical leadership and support. Document architecture designs and frameworks to facilitate knowledge sharing and adherence to architectural principles. Stay current with trends in technology and assess their potential impact on the organization and its clients. Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to drive architectural strategy. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 5+ years of experience in technology architecture or solutions design Strong knowledge of cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Experience in software development methodologies and lifecycles Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Proficiency in architectural modeling tools and frameworks
