Responsibilities: - Lead strategic planning and implementation of BI strategies aligned with organizational objectives while driving innovation and best practices across Power BI, Tableau, and Power Platform tools - Collaborate with the Data Governance & Quality division to ensure adherence to data governance and privacy standards. - Develop, design, and implement interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau to support data-driven decision-making. - Collaborate with data engineers to ensure seamless data integration and maintain complex data models with relationships, calculations, and measures to enable robust analytics. - Mentor junior BI developers, fostering skill development, and acting as a subject matter expert in BI tools and architecture.
