We are looking for a dedicated Manager - Technical Program Management to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing technical programs, ensuring their successful execution, and collaborating with various teams to achieve operational excellence in our projects. Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy: Lead and manage the Technical Program Management team, providing direction, mentorship, and career development for TPMs (Technical Program Management) at various levels. Program Management: Oversee the planning and execution of large-scale, complex programs across multiple teams and departments, ensuring alignment with company goals, timelines, and budgets. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership, product managers, engineering, IT, and partner teams to define program objectives, milestones, and success metrics. Serve as the primary point of contact for program-related communication. Process Improvement: Continuously refine and improve program management processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency, reduce risks, and drive successful outcomes. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and roadblocks early, developing mitigation strategies and ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner. Resource Allocation: Work closely with engineering and product leadership to allocate resources effectively across programs, balancing the needs of multiple projects. Communication: Ensure clear, concise, and consistent communication across all levels of the organization, from engineers to C-suite executives, regarding program status, risks, and outcomes. Innovation: Drive innovation within the TPM function, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance program delivery. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Experience: 5+ years of experience in program management or software engineering with at least 1 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale, complex technical programs. Technical Expertise: Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development, system architecture, and engineering processes. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Leadership Skills: Experience leading and developing high-performing TPM teams. Demonstrated ability to influence and drive results in a matrixed organization. Project Management: Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or other modern program management methodologies. Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex information clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills with a collaborative approach to problem-solving. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Entertainment, Sports or big tech industry Prior experience working with distributed teams. Certification in PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant program management certifications.
