Job Purpose: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cloud Engineer specializing in hyper-scaler cloud platforms, preferably Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) , OCVS, and GCP. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with exceptional consulting skills to deliver tailored cloud solutions to our clients. Role and Responsibilities Design, implement, operate, manage and optimize cloud solutions Configure and deploy cloud resources, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical requirements. Conduct cloud assessments, identifying opportunities to improve performance and reduce costs. Implement best practices for cloud operations, governance, and compliance. Deliver technical workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams. Stay updated with the latest features and advancements in OCI, GCP, and other hyper-scaler platforms. Qualifications and Education Requirements Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience on one of the hyperscalers (OCI – OCVS - GCP) Excellent troubleshooting and innovative problem-solving abilities, as well as the ability to act quickly. Good understanding of Containers, Docker, and Kubernetes. Demonstrates the highest level of detail orientation and organizational skills. Solid understanding of cloud architecture, networking, security, and best practices. ITIL Certified. Solid understanding of cloud practice for backup and DR deployments. Proven track of successful deployments and managed services. This role might require working outside of business hours and during weekends and travel outside of Egypt for a prolonged period of time Preferred banking experience

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITSM principles and governance standards, particularly within enterprise or government environments. Requirements Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. ITIL certification (or equivalent) required; additional certifications are a plus. Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in IT and business/industry environments. Strong background in defining, designing, deploying, and managing ITSM processes. Experience in service lifecycle management and IT governance implementation. Competencies & Skills: Expert-level understanding of ITSM principles (e.g., ITIL). Familiarity with local and international IT governance standards (e.g., COBIT, ISO). Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Job Purpose: We are seeking a skilled Senior Windows System Administrator to oversee and manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and operational workloads, including Microsoft SQL Server administration. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Windows system administration, MSSQL support, security best practices, and infrastructure optimization to ensure a stable and efficient IT environment.   Key Responsibilities Windows Server Administration: Maintain, configure, and optimize Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022). Active Directory Management: Administer Active Directory (AD), Group Policies (GPO), authentication, and user/group management. Network Services: Configure and manage DNS, DHCP, and other core network services to ensure seamless connectivity and efficient name resolution. MSSQL Administration: Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server instances; monitor database performance, manage backups/restores, and ensure high availability. Security & Compliance: Implement security hardening, access control policies, patching, and compliance measures to safeguard systems and data. Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Proactively monitor system and database performance, identify bottlenecks, and resolve issues using Windows tools, SQL diagnostic utilities, and third-party platforms. Backup & Disaster Recovery: Implement and maintain server and database backup and recovery strategies using tools like Veeam, Windows Backup, SQL Server native backup, or third-party solutions. Automation & Scripting: Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and T-SQL jobs to automate administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency. Incident & Change Management: Follow ITIL best practices for incident response, change management, and service request handling. Cloud & Hybrid Integration: Work with Azure Active Directory (AAD), Microsoft 365, hybrid identity, and SQL in Azure (IaaS/PaaS). Documentation & Collaboration: Maintain clear documentation of infrastructure, database configurations, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).       Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. Experience: 7+ years of experience as a Windows System Administrator in enterprise IT environments, with proven MSSQL administration experience. Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate, or MCSE (preferred).   Technical Proficiency Deep expertise in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, Group Policies, and domain services. Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and networking fundamentals. Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server: installation, maintenance, performance tuning, backup/restore, high availability (AlwaysOn, clustering), and security. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and T-SQL for automation and administrative tasks. Experience with security best practices, patch management, and access control.
