Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a proactive Specialist - IT Network to join our dynamic IT team. This role is essential for the design, implementation, and management of network infrastructure that supports the organization's operational requirements. The IT Network Specialist will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high levels of network performance, reliability, and security. Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. Escalate unresolved technical issues to the appropriate support levels (L2/L3). Monitor and manage IT help desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution. Prioritize incidents based on severity (P1/P2/P3/P4) and impact on operations. Follow up on open tickets and ensure proper documentation of resolutions. Ensure ITSM processes align with KPIs and SLAs to maintain service quality. Identify areas of improvement and propose enhancements to IT service workflows. Act as a point of contact between IT teams and business stakeholders. Facilitate communication across departments to ensure smooth issue resolution. Regularly review ticket queues and follow up on pending requests. Ensure compliance with SLA timelines by tracking issue progress. Generate reports on IT help desk performance, including ticket trends, response times, and resolution rates. Monitor IT service desk operations and ensure adherence to industry best practices. Manage IT assets, including tracking, allocation, and maintenance Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification is required. 2-3 years of extensive experience in IT Network and Security within large organizations. Professional certifications, including Fortinet NSE7 and Cisco CCNP, are part of our benefits package.

Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Oracle-based applications and databases to meet business requirements. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Develop and implement PL/SQL procedures, packages, and triggers. Optimize Oracle database performance, including tuning queries and optimizing indexes. Design and implement data models, schemas, and database objects to support application development. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle applications and databases. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle systems, including patching and upgrades. Create and maintain technical documentation for all Oracle-related development and support activities. Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, with a focus on Oracle technologies. Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL development, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and triggers. Experience with Oracle Database Administration (DBA) tasks such as performance tuning, backup, and recovery. Strong understanding of relational database concepts and data modeling. Experience with Oracle development tools such as SQL*Plus, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, or APEX. International certifications in Oracle technologies (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional - OCP). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in a related field. Experience in developing and supporting Oracle applications for government or large enterprises. Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and cloud-based Oracle solutions. Familiarity with Agile or DevOps methodologies.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced LogRhythm SIEM Deployment Engineer to lead or support the deployment, configuration, and optimization of LogRhythm SIEM solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge in security operations, log management, and compliance, along with hands-on experience in implementing LogRhythm for clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end deployment of LogRhythm SIEM platform, including planning, architecture design, installation, configuration, and tuning. Integrate log sources from various platforms (Windows, Linux, firewalls, routers, endpoint protection, etc.). Develop custom parsers and log normalization rules. Build correlation rules, alerts, dashboards, and reports based on customer requirements. Conduct use case development, threat detection tuning, and optimization of false positives. Collaborate with SOC teams to ensure effective threat monitoring and incident detection. Document implementation procedures, configuration guides, and troubleshooting steps. Provide knowledge transfer and training to internal teams or clients. Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., NCA ECC, SAMA CSF, ISO 27001). Requirements Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field. 3–7 years of experience in SIEM deployment and cybersecurity. Proven experience with LogRhythm SIEM deployment in enterprise environments. Strong understanding of log analysis, incident response, and threat detection. Familiarity with log source integration: Windows Event Logs, Syslog, NetFlow, etc. Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, etc.) is a plus. Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, etc.) is an advantage. LogRhythm certifications (e.g., LogRhythm Deployment Fundamentals, LogRhythm Analyst) are a strong plus. Preferred Certifications: LogRhythm Certified Deployment Engineer CompTIA Security+ / CySA+ GIAC (GCIA, GCIH) CEH or equivalent
