Eram Talent is seeking a skilled Exchange Server Administrator to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, support, and management of the organization's Exchange Server environment. Your main focus will be to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security of mail services while providing a seamless communication experience for all users. Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain the Exchange Server infrastructure, including installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of servers. Manage user accounts, distribution groups, and permissions in accordance with organizational policies. Implement and enforce email security measures, including anti-spam/anti-virus strategies and data loss prevention solutions. Monitor server performance, respond to alerts, and perform necessary maintenance activities. Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery procedures for Exchange databases. Provide technical support to users, resolving issues related to email access, mail flow, and mailbox configurations. Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to streamline processes. Requirements A minimum of 7 years of experience in administering Exchange Server, including versions 2016, and 2019 A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field In-depth knowledge of Exchange Server architecture, including mailbox servers, client access services, and mailbox databases Proficiency in using Exchange Server management tools, such as Exchange Management Console and Exchange Management Shell Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation

Provide subject matter expertise on SPMS functionalities and workflows, guiding stakeholders in optimizing processes and enhancing park management. Oversee Level 2 support for SPMS applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimizing disruptions to park operations. Coordinate with vendors to address Level 3 support cases and maintain system performance.
