The Project Delivery Manager (PDM) is responsible for the successful delivery of projects within SWATX, ensuring that all initiatives meet quality standards, are completed on time, and align with business objectives. This role requires effective planning, coordination, and communication across cross-functional teams, managing resources, budgets, and stakeholder expectations. The PDM plays a critical role in maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and implementing best practices in project delivery methodologies. Requirements Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2). • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders effectively. • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project). Preferred Skills: • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification. • Experience in managing technical projects or software development initiatives. • Familiarity with risk management practices and performance metrics. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Provide subject matter expertise on SPMS functionalities and workflows, guiding stakeholders in optimizing processes and enhancing park management. Oversee Level 2 support for SPMS applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimizing disruptions to park operations. Coordinate with vendors to address Level 3 support cases and maintain system performance.
