Key Responsibilities Assisting seniors in rolling out project roadmaps, development schedules, deployment schedules, provide support to customers etc. Participate in software development activities and perform unit and system testing to ensure solution reliability. Assisting/carrying out customer requirement analysis and developing complete requirement document. Participate in customer meetings, deliver technical presentations, and provide expert consultation. Perform software configuration and deliver customer training sessions. Deploy and configure software solutions, and report fixes and resolutions. Engage with vendors to learn and evaluate their products. Develop product manuals/instructions. Provide feedback and report any unusual situations on technical issues concerning business/ product objectives, maintain proper documentation done at different stages of development/implementation. Communicate effectively with customer to address inquiries, resolve issues, and gather feedback. Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience 1-2 years’ experience in the same filed. Technical Skills Object Oriented Programming language Relational database (RDBMS) MS SQL. Proficient in using Windows OS platform. ASP.Net Web Forms, MVC ASP.Net Core MVC C# HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
