In this role, you will oversee the Smart Park Management System (SPMS), ensuring that it meets the operational needs of the park while providing a user-friendly experience for guests and staff. Coordinate with vendors to address Level 3 support cases and maintain system performance. Manage a small team of specialists focused on SPMS applications, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.
