Description

- Oversee HR operations, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws, manage governmental portals such as Qiwa, Mudd, Muqeem, GOSI. - Lead talent acquisition and head-hunting efforts, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and participating with hiring decisions. - Manage government relations by ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining positive relationships with relevant authorities. - Develop and implement strategies for employee loyalty and retention, including engagement initiatives and recognition programs. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. - Proven experience in HR field. - Strong knowledge of labor laws, governmental portals and regulations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Core Responsibilities: 1. Work closely with the management teams of various operational modules within the Saudi subsidiary to understand business strategies and objectives, identify HR needs, and develop and implement HR plans that support business growth. 2. Lead local talent recruitment strategies in Saudi Arabia (including Saudization targets), ensuring the attraction, selection, and hiring of high-quality talent that meets business needs (especially local talent). Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, background checks, offer negotiation, and onboarding). Drive the implementation and optimization of the performance management system for the Saudi team, including goal setting, performance evaluation, feedback, and development planning.
