Requirements Education: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience: 0-1 years of experience in a customer service, hospitality, or operations role. Previous experience in amusement parks, entertainment venues, or similar settings is a plus. Skills: Ability to learn attraction-specific controls and procedures. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service skills, including clear communication, patience, and friendliness.
