F&B Service Program

Description

The Food and Beverage Service programme provides foundational training in the knowledge, skills, and behaviors necessary to work effectively as part of a F&B team.  This programme equips participants with essential skills in restaurant setup, menu knowledge, food and beverage service techniques, and customer complaint handling, preparing them for roles like Waiter, Host, Barista, or Runner in Qiddiya's F&B establishments. Requirements Eligibility Criteria Nationality: Saudi National Education: High school certificate with a minimum of 60% Years of experience: Not applicable English Proficienecy: Minimum of IELTS Level 4 Availability: Full-time availability and commitment to attend the entire programme Required documents: CV
