In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's vision and strategic objectives. Responsibilities The Associate Project Director will: 1. Lead and mentor project teams to ensure effective execution of project strategies and operational plans. 2. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for successful project delivery. 3. Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any deviations from the plan and implementing corrective actions as necessary. 4. Collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful integration and execution of all project components. 5. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks and enhance outcomes. 6. Foster a culture of safety and compliance, ensuring that all projects adhere to safety regulations and best practices. 7. Communicate effectively with senior management on project status, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. 8. Utilize toolsets for project management, performance tracking, and reporting. 9. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the project management framework. Requirements Bachelor's degree in project management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a relevant field. A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in project management, with significant experience in large infrastructure or construction projects. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within time and budget constraints. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members. Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Solid understanding of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices. Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Knowledge of safety regulations and the commitment to uphold a strong safety culture.
