JASARA PMC is currently seeking a highly experienced and qualified Infrastructure Senior Manager (Civil) to join our team. As the Infrastructure Senior Manager (Civil), you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of civil infrastructure projects within the company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of infrastructure projects, from concept to completion. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities: Oversee the planning and design of civil infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, utilities, and other related structures. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards and regulations. Coordinate and collaborate with various internal teams, consultants, contractors, and government agencies to ensure the successful execution of projects. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources. Monitor project progress and performance, and report on key metrics to senior management. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams. Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery. Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to civil infrastructure. Support business development activities, including proposal preparation and client presentations. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 15 years of experience in civil infrastructure project management roles. Proven track record in successfully delivering complex civil infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, codes, and standards. Experience with engineering design software and project management tools. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification is a plus.
