JASARA Program Management Company, a joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, is seeking an Innovation & VE Manager to join their team for one of the GIGA projects they are working on. As a leader in delivering social infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia, JASARA is committed to providing a solutions-based approach to deliver on the promise of Vision 2030. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing innovative approaches to enable continuous improvement and value engineering across the organization. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successful innovation and value management in the civil engineering industry. Responsibilities Develop and implement across the delivery teams value engineering initiatives to streamline design, construction, and supply chain processes. Collaborate and coordinate with engineering, design, and construction teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and innovative solutions for asset design and construction and improve overall project value. Analyze existing designs and construction processes to identify areas for improvement. Develop best practice solutions and lessons learned. Provide direction and expertise to value engineering activities across XCS & XDS for specific strategic requirements. Provide guidance and training to XCS & XDS teams on value engineering best practices and techniques. Work cross-functionally to achieve optimal value management and engineering and innovation results, e.g. work with procurement and supply chain teams to identify cost-effective materials and suppliers that are also resource-efficient. Conduct regular reviews of projects to assess the effectiveness of value engineering strategies and identify areas for improvement. Participate in the review of project designs and construction plans to ensure that they meet quality and value standards. Monitor project progress to ensure that value engineering initiatives are being implemented effectively. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project value engineering strategies and results. Maintain awareness or seek opportunities to implement systems and technologies relative to the function. Coordinate activities with numerous functions across XCS and QIC corporate, along with XDS. Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field. Related MSc degree is desirable. 10+ years of experience in value engineering, construction management, or related field, including managing teams of significant size and technical support personnel. Proven track record of developing and implementing value engineering strategies that promote innovation and efficiency.
