Responsibilities Develop and maintain project cost control systems and procedures. Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects, ensuring all costs are accurately accounted for. Monitor and track project expenditures, analyzing variances against budget forecasts. Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders regarding financial status and potential issues. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, summarizing project costs, forecasts, and variances. Collaborate with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency. Implement best practices in cost control and promote financial awareness across project teams. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A minimum of 8 years of experience in cost control or cost engineering roles. Strong knowledge of construction costs, budgeting, and financial management. Proficiency in cost control software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly. Certification in cost engineering (e.g., Certified Cost Professional - CCP) is a plus.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and support (pre-sale and after-sale) through hotline and other channels. 2. Assist merchants with stock replenishment and follow up on orders. 3. Support sales activities and maintain strong relationships with merchants. 4. Assist with other daily operational tasks as needed. Requirements： 1. Fluent in Arabic and English 2. Responsibilities: 1. Communicate and coordinate daily with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of tasks and projects. 2. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents in Chinese and English. 5. Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in processes and systems. 6. Support logistics, procurement, and inventory tracking as needed. 7. Translate and interpret between Chinese and English when necessary for operations-related tasks. Qualification: 1. Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and Native in Arabic. 2. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts). 3. Solid understanding of data analysis and operational reporting. 4. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. 5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment. 7. Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of infrastructure projects, from concept to completion. Minimum of 15 years of experience in civil infrastructure project management roles. Proven track record in successfully delivering complex civil infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, codes, and standards. Experience with engineering design software and project management tools. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification is a plus.
