A Leading Talent Acquisition Company in Saudi Arabia is presently hiring for a Project Engineer - Industrial Engineering to join a leading client in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing industrial engineering projects, ensuring that they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a dynamic engineer to contribute to significant projects within the Industrial Engineering domain. Responsibilities Plan, execute, and finalize industrial engineering projects according to defined specifications Provides support as required and Leads the preparation and execution of  processes Development & execution plans . Identifies, reviews, and monitors the processes progress and execution and ensures proper coordination with all the related entities to meet all milestone dates Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as necessary Conduct feasibility studies and process optimizations to enhance project efficacy Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives and deliverables Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial engineering project management Must have thorough knowledge of Process development and execution practices , economic principles, international codes and standards, procedures, and specifications.as well as knowledge in the operation systems and processes related to industrial equipment’s repair and its spare parts manufacturing Has experience in  process development on large projects. Strong understanding of industrial processes and systems Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in project management software and tools Fluency in English (Arabic language skills preferred)
