The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring a safe working environment across various industries, particularly in Oil & Energy. As part of our independent Talent Acquisition Consultancy, you will be instrumental in sourcing high-potential professionals and delivering excellent recruitment solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and implement effective safety protocols and programs. Conduct regular safety inspections and comprehensive risk assessments. Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions. Provide training to employees and contractors on safety practices and compliance regulations. Ensure adherence to safety legislation and industry standards across projects. Analyze safety data to support continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain thorough records and documentation related to safety incidents and procedures. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a safety engineering or compliance role. In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, procedures, and best practices. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH are highly desirable.
