Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a Senior Design Manager (DEL - 519) to join our dynamic team as we embark on creating an extraordinary entertainment and cultural hub. This role requires a visionary leader who will oversee the design development process, ensuring that all design outputs meet the standards of excellence that Qiddiya is known for. As a Senior Design Manager, you will play a crucial role in directing the design activities for a diverse portfolio of projects, from concept through construction documentation. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and various stakeholders to deliver innovative and sustainable design solutions aligned with Qiddiya’s strategic objectives. In this role, you will ensure that projects stay on track with respect to quality, timeline, and budget. The successful candidate will have a strong background in multi-disciplinary design management and a proven track record of delivering complex projects in fast-paced environments. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field. A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in design management with a focus on large-scale projects. Strong experience in managing design processes across various disciplines (architecture, landscape, interiors, MEP). Demonstrated success in leading multidisciplinary teams and complex projects from concept through delivery. Proficient in design tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM). Strong portfolio reflecting innovative design solutions and successful project outcomes. Ability to effectively communicate design intent and project ideas to stakeholders at all levels. Deep understanding of local building codes, regulations, and standards. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and drive results. Experience in sustainability practices and knowledge of green building principles is a plus.
