Description

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer who possesses the passion and skill-set to translate ideas and copy into visual language. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you. The ideal candidate will be a good listener with a marketing and creative orientated approach. Responsibilities include: Work with Art directors, copywriters and traffic manager to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job Ensure execution and creative ideas developed on-time and budget Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and developing interactive engaging visual language Ensure client’s objectives and guidelines are met and followed Test graphics across various media and prepare hand/digital mockups Maintain the proper documentation and assets management and handovers Follow project deadlines, time allocation and ensure a daily timesheet submission accurately and report all activities and working hours to account handlers and project managers Be a part of brainstorming activities to create new ideas to engage customers through design and creative expressions and drive customer engagement Learn about the clients’ industry and business activities to suggest more customized solutions Ability to generate creative solutions, be resourceful and innovative in problem solving and negotiate with ease Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to management and clients Review and proof all creative deliverables (text, print images, video) to ensure all content is complying with Brand guidelines and regulatory frameworks Working as part of a team with production managers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists Partner with various internal stakeholders to understand brief requirements, as well as implement art corrections quickly and efficiently Create and produce product mock-ups and/or prototypes for sales and marketing presentations Create original and compelling work for campaigns and experiences across multiple mediums Exhibiting a restless interest in advancing the success of our clients and the agency Putting the market situation, consumer and brand promise at the heart of our strategies and plans Requirements Fluency in communication and media Up to date on industry best practices, new trends and benchmark Digital savvy Passionate for creative innovation and ability to work effectively with creative team Ability to conceptualize an integrated marketing mix Ability to inspire creative process Ability to recognize and develop creative ideas Professional software skills in: o Adobe Creative Suite o Mac OS o Microsoft Office o Email Communication o Project Management systems Organized, multitasker and detail-oriented Positive attitude towards the role, the team, the agency and its clients Impeccable presentation skills Eager to learn and share knowledge Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, as well as interpersonal skills Strong analytical & intuitive skills Accountable, take responsibility, get the team back up when it’s down and get stuff done Adhere to Ethical code of conduct and follow professional manners Benefits Autonomy work style, empowered and challenged!
