ShareGeneral Job Objective: To verify the completeness, accuracy, and validity of information and documents submitted in film financing applications, and to ensure compliance with specified criteria and requirements, thereby contributing to the speed and accuracy of funding decisions. Main Duties and Responsibilities: A. Reviewing Applications and Documents: Conduct a preliminary review of all financing applications to ensure they meet all required criteria and include essential documentation. Verify the completeness of forms and documents, and confirm the accuracy of personal and financial data provided by applicants. B. Data and Information Verification: Cross-check applicant data against internal systems (customer databases) and external sources (credit agencies, commercial registers, official documents). Identify early any inconsistencies, errors, missing information, or inaccuracies. C. Ensuring Compliance with Standards: Ensure applications comply with the specific criteria of financing programs and initiatives. Prepare brief reports on non-compliance cases and refer them to the relevant parties for appropriate action. D. Coordination with the Team: Collaborate closely with the financial expert, technical expert, and data auditor to ensure integrated evaluation processes. Support the preparation of financial and technical summaries regarding the completeness and accuracy of information. Requirements Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Required Experience: Prior practical experience is preferred in: Document auditing or data review. Customer information management or data matching. Experience in financing projects or government sectors is advantageous. Required Skills: Strong skills in auditing and meticulous data review. Ability to work with electronic systems and databases. Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in Office software, especially Excel.
