General job objective: Accurately and professionally prepare, analyze, and develop performance reports for the financing portfolio and film indicators, ensuring insights and analyses are provided to support decision-making by executive bodies and relevant councils. Main duties and responsibilities: a. Preparation of periodic reports: Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and final reports according to specified requirements. Prepare film sector update bulletins summarizing key performance indicators and developments. b. Support meetings and outputs: Consolidate team outputs into clear, comprehensive, and integrated reports. Prepare project performance and financing summaries to support strategic decisions. d. Ensure data quality and accuracy: Review and reconcile financial and technical data across different project outputs. Ensure consistency and quality of all documents and reports prior to submission. Requirements: Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. Required experience: At least one year of practical experience in: Administrative, financial, or operational reporting. Statistical, financial, or performance analysis. Previous experience in government projects, cultural sector, or financing is preferred. Required skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis). Strong skills in PowerPoint, presentations, and Microsoft Word. Strong analytical skills in interpreting numbers and indicators. Excellent editing and writing skills in both Arabic and English.
