Your role will also involve supporting business development activities and participating in internal development initiatives Requirements Experience: 3-5 years of experience in consulting,  with expertise in business transformation (strategy, digital, customer experience) or corporate excellence (processes, governance, performance management), or related fields Team Collaboration: Strong ability to work as part of a team, with experience in managing and mentoring junior team members. Client Interaction: Experience in engaging with clients, gathering requirements, and supporting project delivery. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform project solutions Communication Skills: Fluent in both Arabic and English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel) and other relevant tools. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of area development, ensuring that all designs align with the overall theme park vision and meet international standards for safety, functionality, and guest experience. Key Responsibilities Lead the technical development and implementation of area designs, ensuring they align with thematic elements and operational efficiency. Collaborate with architects, landscape designers, and engineers to create cohesive layouts and immersive environments. Evaluate design packages and provide feedback to ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices. Coordinate with project managers to develop schedules, ensuring timely delivery of area development tasks.
