Key Responsibilities: Manage, train and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department. Managing the finance team in accounting, optimizations and investments. Delivering daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting with forecasts. Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements. Helping CFO in managing relationship with outsourced service providers like Legal, Auditor, Tax consultant and outsources resource provider. Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements. Carry additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager, finance and administration. Receiving and recording vendors invoices. Accounts Receivables / Payable Reconciliation. Bank Reconciliation. Petty Cash Reconciliation. Updating the Daily Bank Transaction. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable. Comply with zakat, GOSI and tax financial policies and regulations. Requirements 1-3 years of experience in Saudi. BSc in Accounting, Finance or a relevant degree. Work experience as an Accountant in IT or services based industry is a must. Good experience in google suite (google sheets, docs, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
