We're Hiring: Marketing Team Leader at Segadty.com Segadty is one of Saudi Arabia’s leading brands in E-commerce, now expanding into outdoor gear, office essentials, and more. rooted in digital, and now growing fast with physical branches launching in 2025. We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven, and creative Marketing Team Leader to lead strategy and execution across campaigns, platforms, and customer touchpoints. Responsibilities Strategic campaign planning and execution across digital platforms Task and workflow management via ClickUp, Notion, or Asana Leading creative direction, content calendars, and asset planning with in-house designers and copywriters Collaborating with performance marketers across Snapchat, Meta, Google, and more Ensuring full campaign readiness across Zid and Salla stores: inventory, pricing, UX, discount codes Turning insights into action using tools like GA4, Hotjar, and Clarity Monitoring KPIs and improving conversion rates, engagement, and sales Requirements Prior experience working with or within the retail sector for a company that operates an e-commerce store is required. This includes either direct in-house roles or Same as Marketing agency-side experience managing Retail Clients. Responsibilities: 1. Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with hotel, restaurant, and supermarket clients under the guidance of the sales supervisor. 2. Understand customer needs and provide timely feedback to the supervisor. 3. Actively participate in market promotion activities targeting the hotel, restaurant, and supermarket industries in accordance with sales strategies and plans4. Assist in identifying and developing new potential clients to expand the customer base. 5. Support the supervisor in analyzing customer needs, collecting customer feedback, and providing support for solutions. 6. Follow up on order processing, maintain communication with the supply chain team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders, and enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements: 1. 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fresh supply chain or foodservice industry. 2.
