We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the warehousing operations, ensure efficient inventory management, and maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail to help us continue to lead the industry through technology, innovation, and extraordinary service. Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow and productivity. Manage and train warehouse staff, providing guidance and support for task completion. Oversee inventory management processes including stock organization, replenishment, and accuracy checks. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement best practices within the warehouse. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to align inventory levels with production schedules. Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain efficient operating procedures to enhance warehouse effectiveness. Requirements Proven 5 years of experience as a warehouse supervisor or in a similar leadership role in the consumer goods industry. Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and best practices. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to warehouse operations. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with different teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with inventory management software. 28 to 35 years old.
