Job Title: Operations Assistant – Western Region Location: Western Region, Saudi Arabia (Jeddah / Makkah / Madinah, etc.) Department: Logistics / Operations Reporting To: Regional Operations Manager Job Summary: The Operations Assistant for the Western Region is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operational activities across drivers and warehouses. This role ensures smooth execution of deliveries, efficient warehouse operations, and timely reporting on regional performance. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage all drivers and warehouse staff in the Western Region. Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of shipments in line with company standards. Oversee warehouse operations including inventory management, stock handling, and storage practices. Monitor day-to-day activities to ensure operational efficiency and address any issues that arise. Coordinate closely with the central logistics and operations teams to align regional execution with company goals. Prepare and submit weekly performance reports, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and improvement areas. Conduct routine checks to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Assist in the implementation of new operational procedures or tools in the region. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new warehouse or driver personnel as needed. Foster a productive work environment and support team motivation and accountability. Requirements Requirements: Previous experience in logistics, operations, or warehouse supervision (3+ years preferred). Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage teams across multiple locations. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and reporting tools). Good understanding of transportation, delivery, and warehouse processes. Excellent communication skills in Arabic and basic proficiency in English. Willingness to travel within the Western Region as needed.
