Chevrolet Caprice for sale

For sale at negotiated price Caprice 6-cylinder 2006 Only issue is with the starter; needs replacement. The part from the dealership costs 800. There's a noise coming from the engine, possibly the shaft, chain, or one of them seized, according to the mechanic. Battery and consumable parts are new. Oil and battery were changed four days ago. There is a crack in the front windshield. It had an accident affecting the right fender and front area, including minor denting. It's repairable. Only the frame and bumper were affected and have been fixed. Did not reach the engine, radiator, or anything else—just an external impact. Please do not lowball the price, given the mentioned reasons. (Inspection has expired) Valid registration. Asking 4000 for parts only
