The products have been used very little, maybe less than 30 times. After that, I decided to buy a 2-in-1 (automatic) machine and left this one. Coffee machine with very powerful milk steaming function, dedicated portafilter for espresso, and another for drip coffee. All accessories included such as open basket, coffee distributor, milk steaming pitcher, coffee distribution and tamping tool, and a helpful tool for placing ground coffee into the basket (picture attached).
