ROLE DESCRIPTION RISE is the GCC’s a leading independent sponsorship consultancy. With offices in Dubai, UAE and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (KSA), RISE specialises in providing data-driven, sustainable sponsorship services to some of the region’s leading brand and rights holder clients Due to continued growth, RISE  is seeking to expand the team in our Riyadh office through the appointment of a Procurement Specialist. The successful candidate will work as part of the RISE Professional Services team, playing a lead role in procurement and working closely with our client deliver, business development and finance teams. ROLE RESPOSIBILITIES Procurement coordination  Liaise with internal teams and project leads to understand procurement needs Coordinate with external procurement functions and finance departments to ensure compliance and a streamlined and efficient procurement process Manage supplier onboarding and maintain accurate vendor records. Government procurement systems Navigate and utilise Saudi government procurement platforms Prepare and submit tenders, quotations, and documentation as per KSA government requirements. Monitor procurement regulations and ensure compliance with relevant public sector policies. Payment and contract follow-up Track and follow up on outstanding payments with clients and vendors. Coordinate contract execution, invoice submission, and payment processing in collaboration with finance Maintain accurate logs of contract lifecycle and payment milestones.  Project support and project management Support project teams with procurement-related tasks and deliverables. Develop and track procurement timelines and deliverables within project plans. Identify and escalate delays or issues to ensure timely resolution. ROLE REQUIREMENTS We are looking for a proactive self starter, with a keen eye for details and the ability to manage procurement work streams, stakeholder relationships and wider projects. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field  3 years + of experience in procurement or in a similar position Strong familiarity with contract management and vendor coordination  In-depth knowledge of the Saudi government procurement process and platforms  Excellent project management skills and ability to work across functions. Refined project management skills Refined communication skills, with the ability to manage complexity and multiple stakeholder relationships Fluency in English and Arabic
