We are seeking an experienced and passionate Product Manager to drive the development and growth of a prominent tech startup in KSA. The company focuses on simplifying payments for Saudi Businesses through tailored solutions like automating invoices, managing recurring payments, and sending automated reminders. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business and technology, ensuring the delivery of cutting-edge solutions that meet market needs while aligning with the company’s strategic goals. Role Overview: Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to identify opportunities for new products or features. Product Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and compliance, to define and deliver high-quality products. Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful product launches/sprints, managing resources and budget. Communicate progress, priorities, and challenges effectively to leadership and stakeholders. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure products comply with relevant regulatory frameworks. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address potential risks and implement controls. Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Define and track product KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Leverage data and analytics to optimize user experience, engagement, and retention. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Professional certificates are a plus.  Deep knowledge and experience in product management, preferably within the fintech or financial services sector. Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products. Exceptional project management and organizational skills. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. Entrepreneurial, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach. Adaptable, resourceful, and results-oriented. Passionate about driving innovation in the financial technology space.
