We are looking for a Product Manager to join a cutting-edge team that is working on some of the most exciting products being launched in the Kingdom. This role is for experienced product managers who have a track record of managing and leading high-performance teams. Key Responsibilities: Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements that align with company objectives and user needs. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to define product requirements, specifications, and release plans. Champion the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and preferences throughout the product development lifecycle. Utilize agile methodologies to manage product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth. Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal stakeholders, executives, and external partners. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management. Requirements Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred. +3 years of experience in product management or related roles, preferably in the technology or e-commerce industry. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products or platforms, with a focus on user experience and engagement. Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities, with the capacity to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
