Monitor cash flow and manage contractor payments to ensure project delivery remains on schedule and on budget.   Policy Compliance and Quality Assurance Ensure all residential project activities comply with local, regional, and national regulations and policies. Implement quality assurance protocols to uphold the highest standards in residential construction and design. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering). A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in residential project management, with proven experience leading large-scale residential developments. Strong understanding of the regulatory environment and policies related to residential construction in Saudi Arabia. Experience with stakeholder engagement and community consultation methodologies. In-depth experience in project budgeting, scheduling, and resource management. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges proactively. Familiarity with project management software and tools.
