Qiddiya Investment Company is excited to announce an opening for a Delivery Director for our Indoor Sports Arena project. This high-profile role requires a dynamic leader with a passion for sports infrastructure to oversee the delivery of a state-of-the-art indoor sports facility that meets the needs of our diverse community. Responsibilities Direct the full life cycle of the Indoor Sports Arena project, from planning and design through to construction and handover. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute a robust project delivery strategy that aligns with Qiddiya's vision and objectives. Lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure project milestones are met with respect to time, quality, and cost. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while capitalizing on opportunities to enhance project delivery. Foster partnerships with contractors, suppliers, and local authorities to ensure effective project collaboration and compliance with all regulatory requirements. Conduct regular progress reviews and implement corrective actions as needed to keep the project on track. Champion sustainability practices and innovation throughout the project lifecycle. Provide comprehensive reports and updates to senior management on project status and performance metrics. Requirements Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. At least 15 years of experience in project delivery, specifically in sports or large-scale facility management. Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in complex and high-value construction projects. In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, project management processes, and relevant legal regulations. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage diverse stakeholder relationships. Ability to think critically and strategically, with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
