As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful initiation, planning, execution, and closure of various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will lead cross-functional teams, engage with stakeholders, and foster a collaborative environment to drive project success. Responsibilities Lead project planning sessions and coordinated project execution. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Manage resources effectively and oversee team performance. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout project delivery. Communicate and report project status to stakeholders consistently. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in project management. Address and resolve any project-related issues promptly. Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field. Minimum of 15 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction or engineering industry. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Familiarity with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations in construction.
