We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Commercial Director with a strong background in large scale construction projects to lead and manage all commercial operations for a large scale precinct within the Qiddiya project, with a focus on Residential and Hotel assets. The role involves overseeing the commercial function, ensuring the smooth execution of contracts, cost management, procurement, and risk mitigation for large-scale construction projects. The Commercial Director will play a key leadership role in delivering the project on time, within budget, and in line with expectations. Strategic Commercial Leadership: Provide high-level leadership to the commercial team, ensuring that commercial objectives are met across all phases of the project. Lead the development and execution of commercial strategies for the civil infrastructure works associated with the Qiddiya project. Experience: Minimum 10 to 12 + years of experience in commercial management, with at least 5-7 years in a senior leadership role within the construction industry. Preference is for people with Residential and/or Hotel asset experience. Extensive experience managing large-scale construction projects in the Middle East, preferably in Saudi Arabia. Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams and delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget. Expertise in contract management, procurement, cost control, and risk management for construction projects.
