Description

From the start of a project to its completion, the candidate shall be able to oversee multiple projects, ensuring that work is completed effectively and efficiently, at a high standard, and  within project budget. They should be capable of managing a team, create a workable project  plan, schedule work, assign and delegate responsibilities, and deliver results on time. They must monitor the project's performance and advancement as well as the effectiveness and output of  their team members. Responsibilities:  • Coordinating vendors and internal resources to ensure projects are completed flawlessly • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors  • Making certain that every project is completed on schedule, within scope, and within  budget  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and  ensuring technical feasibility  • Verify the availability and arrange allocation of resources  • Creating a clear and detailed project plan to track progress  • To handle changes to the project's scope, timeline, and budget by employing proper  verification methods.  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques • When necessary, report and elevate to management.  • Capable of reporting baseline/actual project reports to the management  • Managing a team and enhancing their overall performance  • Enhance the overall performance of the operations within the agency  • Capable of managing a project management information system  • Enhance the performance and processes of relevant stakeholders and departments • Monitor project progress and set deadlines  • Solve project issues that arise throughout the project  • Ensure stakeholder satisfaction including the clients’ • Adaptability  • Budget management  • Verbal and written communication  • Decisiveness  • Delegation   • Forecasting  • Leadership and Management  • Problem solving  • Strategic thinking  • Time Management Requirements • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office  • PMP Certification  • Solid technical background, with understanding on software related to project  management  • Proven working experience as a project manager
