We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager with extensive experience managing high-profile corporate events and exhibitions within the Saudi market. Based in Riyadh, this role is critical to the company’s success as it expands operations across the Kingdom. The Senior Project Manager will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring all events meet the specific needs of the Saudi corporate sector and deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of the Saudi market, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in delivering large-scale events and exhibitions tailored to local requirements.   Key Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events and exhibitions, ensuring projects meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements. Develop event concepts, timelines, and budgets aligned with the specific needs of Saudi clients. Manage all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, on-site operations, and post-event evaluations, with a strong focus on local resources and regulations. Serve as the main point of contact for Saudi-based clients, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded throughout the project lifecycle. Lead cross-functional teams, including local and regional stakeholders, and mentor junior staff, fostering a high-performing culture. Prepare detailed project reports and analyze event performance to identify areas for improvement within the Saudi market.   Qualifications: Extensive experience (5+ years) in project management within the Saudi events and exhibitions market. Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities, with a deep understanding of Saudi business culture and client expectations. Proficiency in managing complex projects with tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders. PMP certification or equivalent is preferred. Fluency in both English and Arabic. A creative and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt to the dynamic demands of the Saudi events sector.
